Billing Office

The Billing Office bills and collects for Electric, Water, Sewage usage, User fees, and Storm drain charges. Do sets for new customers and customer moves for customers moving to a different address. File Sewage liens. Send utility (Electric / Water) men out to check meters for misreads - dead meters - or extremely high/low usage. Take customer inquires and complaints Anything associated with billing.

Electronic Payment cut-off time

All credit/debit card and e-check payments paid after 8:00 PM each day will be posted on the next business day.

Transaction Fee

The policy made Effective on 10-13-2021, has now been implemented. Please note: A convenience fee of $3.75 will be assessed per $400.00 when you pay by Credit/Debit Card and a $3.00 fee when you pay by e-check for Utility Bills; for miscellaneous bills, a flat 3% fee, with a minimum of $2.75, will be charged. This fee is for the convenience of using Credit/Debit Cards or e-checks. Any customer using a Credit/Debit Card or e-check will be charged a fee, per transaction. Due, to VISA rules and regulations VISA Credit/Debit cards will be accepted “Online”, or “By Phone. For your convenience, online access has been made available in our office for those customers wanting to pay with VISA, in our office.
