Administration Division

The Administration Division is commanded by Chief Scott Shoemaker and Deputy Chief Cesar Munoz.

Chief Shoemaker is statutorily responsible for the entire department as the Chief Executive Officer. His day-to-day responsibilities include: finance (purchasing, payroll, etc.), maintenance of facilities and fleet, police records, and school crossing guards. Deputy Chief Munoz is the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the three divisions (Patrol, Special Operations, and Investigations). He also oversees Internal Affairs and Information Technology. 

There are four civilian full-time employees and five civilian part-time employees in the division.
