Reservation Rental Information & Link
To rent any of the Parks Department Facilities, please call the Park's Office or you can reserve them online by clicking on the link:
Frankfort Facility Rental Reservations Link this will take you to our city: RecDesk. You will create an account and then continue to reserve any date you want. (TIP: if you do not see a green reservation button, on the date, you want, it has already been reserved) a confirmation email will be sent with instructions on where and how to pay.
At the moment we are still requiring you to pay at the TPA Park Office before 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Payments are due 2 weeks after confirmed booking date. If payments are not made by the deadline given, your rental will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
You will use the link to reserve: Frankfort Neighborhood Center, Prairie Creek Park, the Encompass Event Center, Frankfort Neighborhood Center, any of our Shelter Houses at TPA Park as well as, Green Street Shelter.
Encompass Event Center (at Prairie Creek Park) & the Frankfort Neighborhood Center= $250.00 daily fee. When reserving these locations in RecDesk, please specify what times you will be renting.
Shelters are available to rent Saturdays & Sundays. They are first come, first serve Monday-Friday.
- Shelter 1 & 2= $40.00
- Shelter 3,4 & 5 = $60.00
- Large Shelter= $100.00
- Green Street Shelter= $40.00
- Dorner Park Gazebo= $50.00
- Alter (at TPA Park)= $50.00
- Gazebo (at TPA Park)= $50.00
