The mission of the Planning and Development/Building Services Department is to improve the quality of life for all those living and working in Frankfort.  By enforcing ordinances and zoning regulations we can clean up the community and attract more businesses and residents.

Through the efforts of our office and the involvement of local service organizations, the Department of Building Services works to see that all building projects meet or exceed the standard requirements for the safety and betterment of the entire community.
