Associate Health Center

The Associate Health Center is a health center that is managed by Indiana University Health. The City of Frankfort, Clinton County, and Frankfort Municipal Utilities have contracted with IU Health to serve their employees and family members who participate in the employer's health plan. 

The Associate Health Center is located at 1632 West State Road 28, Frankfort IN 46041.

Services they provide: 

• Preventive Care 
  • Annual Physicals & routine health exams
  • Women's health exams (pelvic exams & pap smears) 
  • Men's health exams (including prostate exams) 
  • School, sports, and CDL physicals
  • Preventative screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol)

• Immediate & Primary Care 
  • Diagnostic screenings (influenza, strep throat, vision, etc.) 
  • Treatment of minor illnesses & injuries (sore throat, flu, seasonal allergies, stomach pain, sinus infection, eye infection, skin infection, rash, etc.) 
  • Management of chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD, high cholesterol, etc.)

  • Individual health coaching 
  • Group coaching programs 
  • Nutrition Counseling & Wellness Education 

• Other Services
  • On-site screening & diagnostic labs as ordered by your doctor
  • First-fill medication dispensary
