Street Closure Request Form

This form will be submitted to the Street Superintendent NO LATER than 30 Days prior to requested closure date.

The Street Superintendent will present requests to the Board of Public Works for their consideration and decision, then a call or email will be sent to the contact provided with the Board’s decision.

If the request is approved, logistical arrangements will be made to close the street(s) on the approved dates and times and notify Police, Fire and Building Services of the action.
