City of Frankfort mourns the passing of retired Frankfort Police Officer Rob Bales
Today our thoughts and prayers are with the family of retired Frankfort Police officer Rob Bales who lost a two-year battle with ALS this morning. Diagnosed in February 2019, Rob retired in July 2019 after 23 years of service with the Frankfort Police Department.
Rob’s courage and determination despite his illness were a reflection of his enduring spirit and quiet bravery. Today, we mourn his passing and celebrate the kindness and generosity he so willingly shared with all of us.
