Frankfort Parks Department has announced dates for the Holiday Festival of Lights. This event will begin on Thursday, November 26, and run through Friday, January 1.
The Parks Department would not be able to provide this free event for the community without personal and business donations! Donors so far this year include The Farmers Bank, Culligan Water, Frankfort Eagles, and Shoup’s Country Foods.
Volunteers are needed to work shifts at TPA Park from November 27th until December 24th from 6 pm to 9 pm daily. These volunteers will assist Santa in passing out candy canes at the Santa House. The Santa house will be across from the Petting Zoo entrance and the large restrooms. Candy canes will be provided by the Parks Department. All CDC Guidelines for Covid-19 will be followed and all volunteers will be required to wear a mask.
