Fire Department Conducts Controlled Burn

Frankfort, IN – May 16, 2019 – The Frankfort Fire Department will be conducting controlled burns at 457 N. Hoke Avenue starting Thursday, May 16 and ending Friday, May 24. ROAD CLOSURE

Washington Street will be closed from Jackson Street to Sycamore Street from Monday, May 20th through Wednesday, May 22nd for sewer line construction. There will be no thru traffic during this scheduled closure. Updates will be posted on the City of Frankfort website at www.frankfort-in.gov.

Paving Update

Tuesday morning (5/14) paving will begin on St. Mary’s Avenue. Once work on that street is completed the paving crew will move to W. McClurg Street and begin paving from John Street to Main Street.
