Sadly, we have learned that 15-year-old Adrian Alanis passed away this afternoon following the tragic incident yesterday at the TPA Pool. Because Frankfort police still are investigating the situation, there will be no other statements made by my office or any other City officials at this time. – Mayor Chris McBarnes
